We run the search. You run your process.
A screened, English-checked shortlist delivered into your portal — then it is yours. Interview, assess and hire on your own terms, with no subscription and no percentage of salary.

Role intake
We start by understanding the role — the work, the seniority, the budget and what a strong hire looks like to you.
Market mapping
We map who exists for that role across Latin America and what they cost, so you know the market before you interview.
Screening
Every profile is contacted, screened against your brief and checked for working English before it reaches you.
Handoff
Profiles land in your portal. Interviews, assessments and offers stay with your team — we step back.
A shortlist you can act on.

Sourcing, or full recruiting?
Both start the same way. The difference is how far we carry it.
Choose Sourcing
You have the time and the process to interview well, and you want reach into a market you cannot search yourself. You are buying the search, not the placement.
Choose Direct Recruiting
You want the shortlist assessed and scored, interviews coordinated and a replacement guarantee behind the hire. See Direct Recruiting →
Where the talent comes from.
We search across Latin America, not one country. Where we look depends on the role, the timezone you need and what the market pays.
Hiring in a country we have not listed? Ask — we map the market before we quote the search.
What we source.
Every white-collar function. Pick a field to see how we hire for it.
Who does what, at each stage.
We agree the timeline at intake, against the role and the market. Here is the division of work.
Stage oneIntake
Take the brief: the work, the seniority, the timezone, the budget and what a strong hire looks like to you. We come back with what the market pays for it.
Tell us the role and approve the target profile and salary band before we search.
Stage twoMarket mapping
Map who exists for the role across Latin America — where they are, what they earn, how deep the pool is in each market.
Nothing. You get the map when the shortlist arrives.
Stage threeOutreach and screening
Contact candidates, screen them against your brief and check working English. Only what passes goes in the shortlist.
Answer questions candidates raise about the role, if we cannot.
Stage fourHandoff
Deliver the profiles into your portal with the evidence behind each one, then step back.
Interview, assess, decide and make the offer. The process is yours from here.
Sourcing or Direct Recruiting.
What you can hold us to.
Before you start a search.
How many profiles do we get?
It varies by role. A common support or operations role has a deep market and produces a longer shortlist; a senior or niche technical role produces fewer, stronger profiles. We tell you what the market can support at intake, before you commit.
What exactly is the $1,800 for?
The search: role intake, market mapping with a salary benchmark, outreach, screening against your brief, an English check, and delivery of the profiles into your portal. It is a flat fee per role — not a percentage of salary and not a subscription.
Who runs the interviews?
You do. Sourcing hands you the shortlist and stops there. If you would rather we assessed and scored candidates and coordinated interviews, that is Direct Recruiting.
Is there a replacement guarantee?
Not with Sourcing. You run the assessment and make the call, so the hire is yours. Direct Recruiting carries a replacement guarantee because we run the evaluation.
Which countries do you search?
All of Latin America. Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Uruguay and Ecuador are where we work most, and we source across Central America and the Caribbean too. Where we look depends on the role, the timezone you need and what the market pays.
How is English checked?
A recruiter speaks with every candidate and assesses working English against the level the role needs, and the level is recorded on the profile you receive.
Can you also employ the person for us?
Yes, separately. Contractor of Record makes Nearwork the legal employer abroad and handles payroll, taxes, benefits and compliance while the person works for you.
What if we need several roles?
The fee is per role, so it scales predictably. Tell us the set of roles at intake and we sequence the searches.
