One process. Two clear paths.
Nearwork gives clients a visible hiring system and gives candidates a clear way to apply, track, and stay matched for future roles.
Hiring without the chase.
You should not need 20 email threads to understand who is being reviewed, why a candidate moved forward, or what happens next.
Strategy call and role intake
We meet with your team to understand the role, business need, salary range, service model, and success criteria. We also show how the Nearwork system keeps the pipeline visible.
Opening and pipeline launch
Once the job description and requirements are set, we open the role and begin reviewing both new applicants and previous candidates already in our system.
Real-time candidate action
We do not wait for the opening to close. Candidates are screened while the role is live, which makes the process faster and gives your team live visibility.
Filters, checks, and assessments
Depending on the role, candidates go through experience checks, employment verification, recruiter interviews, English review, technical assessment, DISC assessment, and recruiter notes.
Final shortlist
You receive a shortlist of vetted candidates with evidence inside the portal: profile, salary expectation, skills, assessment signal, notes, and why they fit the opening.
Interview, hire, and support
You interview the candidates you choose. After the hire, Nearwork can support EOR, managed teams, and ongoing operations under the same company.
A process that keeps your profile useful.
Nearwork candidates create one profile, apply to roles, and stay eligible for future matches when their skills line up with a new opening.

Client review
If you are a strong match, your profile and evidence are shared with the partner. If they want to meet, we help schedule the interview.
