One US salary.
A whole team.
The math behind direct recruiting is simple: what you pay for a single US employee hires a full vetted team through Nearwork — same skills, same time zone, a fraction of the cost.

What it's like to hire with Nearwork.
A few words from teams that found their people with us. Real results, real timelines.
We needed a bilingual support lead fast. Nearwork sent three pre-assessed finalists in two weeks — we hired the first one we interviewed.
The candidate profiles did the convincing for us. Skills, English, DISC, salary — everything was there before our first call.
We started with one role and now run our whole support team through Nearwork — recruiting, payroll, all of it in one place.
Questions, answered.
How fast can you fill a role?
Most roles reach a shortlist of fully assessed finalists in about 21 days. The exact timing depends on seniority and how specific the skill set is — we'll give you a realistic range on the intro call.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
Every placement includes a 3-month replacement guarantee. If it isn't the right fit, we find a replacement at no additional placement fee.
Where are the candidates based?
Colombia, working in your time zone with full overlap on your business hours. Every candidate is English-verified — typically C1 — before they ever reach you.
Do I need a subscription or long-term contract?
No. You can pay a one-time placement fee per hire with no membership and nothing to cancel. If you hire regularly, an optional membership lowers the per-hire fee — but it's always your choice.
How do you assess candidates?
Each finalist goes through a structured interview, a role-based skills assessment, a DISC profile, and a culture-fit check — all built from what you tell us in the intro call. You see every result in their profile.
Can you handle payroll and benefits too?
Yes. Start with recruiting and add EOR, payroll, benefits, and ongoing team support whenever you're ready — one partner, no new vendors to onboard.
