Is the placement fee charged per hire or upfront?
The placement fee is charged per successful hire — only when a candidate you selected actually starts. You never pay for candidates you review and don't choose. The monthly retainer (Lite, Essential, Elite) is billed separately at the start of each month.
What does the annual discount apply to?
The 10% annual discount applies to your monthly retainer only — not to placement fees. Placement fees stay the same regardless of billing cycle.
Can I switch plans mid-contract?
You can upgrade at any time and the lower placement fee applies to your next hire immediately. Downgrading requires completing your current annual commitment if you're on an annual billing cycle.
What exactly is the replacement guarantee?
If your hire leaves voluntarily within the guarantee window (3 months on Standard/Lite, 6 months on Essential/Elite), we find a qualified replacement at zero additional placement cost. Covers resignations and culture mismatches — not performance terminations.
Do I pay anything if I don't end up hiring?
On Standard, absolutely nothing — you only pay if you hire. On retainer plans, the monthly fee is charged regardless of whether you hire that month. The retainer is what gets you the lower placement fee and priority access.
How long does it take to get my first shortlist?
Average is 21 days on Standard and Lite. Essential clients average 14 days. Elite clients with fast-track hiring average under 10 days from role brief to first candidate profile in your dashboard.
