The process is vertical here on purpose: each step builds on the one before it, and your talent portal keeps the important information in one place.

Create your Nearwork account

Start in talent.nearwork.co. Add your name, contact information, CV, salary expectation, role interest, top skills, location, and work history. This becomes your base profile, so you do not need to restart from zero every time you apply.

Find a role that calls your attention

Browse openings in jobs.nearwork.co. When a role fits your experience, click apply, confirm your saved information, and answer the role-specific questions.

Nearwork reviews your profile

Our recruiting team reviews your CV, experience, salary expectation, skills, and English level against the opening. If your experience aligns, you are moved into the pipeline.

You move through pipeline stages

Depending on the role, the process may include employment verification, a recruiter interview, technical assessment, DISC assessment, and client review. You can track the status from your talent portal.

You are presented for the right opportunities

When you are a strong fit, Nearwork shares your profile, assessment results, and recruiter notes with the partner. If the partner wants to meet you, we help coordinate the interview.

If this role is not the one, you stay searchable

If you are not selected, your profile stays in our system. When a future role matches your skills, we can notify you by email and show it in your matches page.
